  Ensure the hair is in its original packaging, with all tags attached and the lace uncut, and include your order number inside the box.

  Securely seal the package and send it to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable shipping service.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
